I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. I'm really sorry about the delay. Thanks, Will” What kind of company has no link between orders placed and courier service? Wish I’d checked the reviews but didn’t think a dog business would conduct themselves like this. Now £60 down but credit card chargeback will get used if I don’t get the order soon. As they’re in Harrogate I wonder what would happen if I showed up… Awful comms. Either they should cease trading or improve customer service. By all means offer good deals on dog food but if you can’t handle the orders you’re receiving then your business model is broken. Edit - Now have it in writing that they have issued a refund. Call me cynical but guessing this isn’t going to show up.
