I’m really disappointed. Firstly the order took two weeks to process which was then too late for the arrival of our puppy. I emailed to cancel the order twice, but no one responded to me. Instead, they shipped the order. I’ve since tried to return as the driver couldn’t return the order on refusal. Now I’ve been charged for a product that you can’t use and no one to speak to, to arrange a return.
