Took two weeks for our dog food to arrive so it obviously was not in stock at the time of order. Emails were responded to quite quickly which was appreciated.
The courier that they use did not deliver the food on two attempts despite somebody being home on both occasions. Apparently nobody answered the intercom that we don't have was their excuse. Ended up picking the package from the depot myself.
Not the best experience overall.
