I bought frozen goods from here, they were very delayed so a asked for a my order to be cancelled and refunded, which they promised to do. A few days later my item was dispatched and arrived but with no thermal packaging and they were melted, unusable and could not be re frozen. Having asked for another refund and promised it, it still hasn’t been issued.
The staff have been quick to respond each time but have not followed through in what they have promised. Don’t sell frozen products online if you do not ship them with appropriate packaging.
