Ordered multiple dog and cat treats on 29th July and not received any items.
Sent 3 chasers, first two I received a “sorry for the delay item will be with you shortly” but as it’s been basically a month and I’ve still not had anything I’m doubting this will ever be received.
Disappointing as they were previously good, and have a good range of products at a good price. But only if you actually get your order.
Hopefully they get back on track and this is a blip in their service.
