Ordered dog food 5weeks ago and still don’t have either dog food or a refund. Given this is essential food for much loved animals going into a cost of living crisis I think this company should have a much faster response time. You’re selling essential food. If you can’t deliver that with a few days then you need to make it clear to customers. At the minute you’ve got people ordering from you that are committing cash on the basis they’ll be able to feed their pets, not being able to feed them properly because we have no food is devastating
