I placed an order for dog food on September 5th and I am still waiting for it to arrive 3 weeks later.
I wish that customers had the opportunity of speaking to a member of staff on the phone to resolve issues, but instead, we have to email, only to be told repeatedly that the order has been dispatched and is on its way to the warehouse. I am going to wait until October 5th to give it a month to arrive and if I still haven't recieved my goods, or a refund then I'm afraid that I am going to pursue the matter further.
I dont enjoy leaving negative feedback, I understand that companies are under pressure etc, but I simply can't afford to be £65 out of pocket for a purchase I haven't recieved.
