Awful service. Ordered over three weeks ago. Still not received puppy food. Not received tracking information. We were left with no food for our puppy as it didn’t arrive in time (at all). Had to buy a similar but different food than what she was on before coming to us which isn’t ideal. I emailed multiple times to find out where my order was. I received a reply apologising my order was late but should be received soon ( two weeks ago) still no order and no response to following emails. I tried to cancel my order after having to buy from else where - still not had a reply or refund. That was over a week ago.
