I never received my order after 3-1/2 weeks. I was never able to speak or email.anyway but idiotic AI which told me yo write my reply above a line which didn't work on my phone.
Not In the Dog House is the worst service I have ever received. I was told this weekend my order would be replaced. Of course it has not.
And the pathetic we are busy preparing your order and we are a small independent business yeah so why do they have AI.
