I ordered 2 dog coats which didn’t fit I returned them last November. And still waiting for a refund of £44. Customer service is terrible fob me off with staffing issues. They sort my refund don’t reply. And can’t ring anyone up says wrong number. Buy nothing from this company it is terrible.
