First order and was told 5 days delivery. Ordered 23rd Nov. Items were delivered 9th Oct even though I told them to cancel and they confirmed they would cancel.
Wasn’t in when items arrived as believed they had been cancelled so they were all defrosted and couldn’t use. Items haven’t been refunded. Should have checked Google reviews before ordering with this company. Never again.
