I placed an order for frozen dog food (£98 worth) on 21/9/22 and it’s now 10/10/22 and I still haven’t received my order. I keep getting what seems to be a pre-written response from the company when I enquire as to where my order is via email with no follow up. That’s if I even get a reply. There is no contact number for me to chase up either. I would not recommend this company at all. It was my first time ordering from them and will certainly be my last. Maybe leaving this review will help get my situation sorted.
