The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Requested to cancel my order and be refunded PRIOR to it being sent as they could not supply a photo of the true colour of a product. After several more messages to the company, they agreed to refund me and cancel the order. Three weeks later, refund STILL not received and their couriers are trying to deliver the parcel! I think this is tantamount to bullying, frankly! No working telephone number either. DODGY COMPANY - AVOID!
