Easy ordering process and the product was delivered safe and sound. However based on other companies I've ordered from, the communication between ordering and delivery was near nonexistent. So I couldn't properly plan my time as I didn't know until the day before when the package would arrive. Sorry, maybe I expect too much these days?!
