I ordered a dog bed on 24th September 2022 which has still not arrived. I have emailed Not in the Dog House several times to be told that it had been dispatched but have not been supplied with an estimated delivery date. Over 2 weeks on and still no dog bed! Followed by several unanswered emails requesting updates.
Very poor service. Unlikely to use again.
