Delayed delivery of about 4 weeks. When I got concerned and tried to contact them I was unable to get a reply that wasn't from a bot.
Me : where's my stuff?
Bot(Will): your delivery got lost we will resend it.
Me:when
Bot(Will): no reply
Me: can I speak to a human?
Bot(Will): no reply
Me: I need this order when will I receive it?
Bot(Will): your delivery got lost we will resend it.
Me: aaargh!
Tried to find a contact customer services number but no chance.
We eventually received our correct order but after we bought other food to ensure our dog could eat.
