Whilst my money was taken immediately there were long delays and long periods of silence at each stage of dispatch and delivery leaving me completely in the dark about when I would receive my goods. In fact I didnt receive the goods in time for my daughter's birthday so had to buy an alternative present. When I emailed to ask for progress I received very polite emails but the service left too much to be desired to repeat willingly.
