We ordered horse feed and dog food totalling nearly £200. It was never sent and so after 10 days of unanswered phone calls and emails we advised that we had cancelled the order. Still no response so we advised our bank who have taken up the issue with not in the dog house and our bank have reimbursed us .
We will never use them again.
