Ordered over £100 of frozen dog food. I was told it would be delivered the next day. It didn't arrive. More than 4 weeks later and no sign of the promised refund. I get sporadic responses from their customer service team - averaging one a fortnight. I can't believe a legitimate company can be so badly run.
Please save your sanity and money - shop elsewhere.
Any dog owners I know, will be advised to steer clear of Notinthedoghouse. They're dishonest and useless.
