Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago and only received notification today that it has been posted. I have raised the issue 3 times with the company; twice they said it would be dispatched immediately and it wasn’t. The third time, when I asked what they were proposing to do to resolve my complaint, they didn’t respond at all. I have today received notification that my item has been posted and I assume that is all I will hear.
I would not order from them again and would not recommend to others.
