I placed my order 13 days ago and have only today received confirmation that it's with the courier - still to go through the stages of "On it's way" and "Out for delivery". The likelihood, therefore, is delivery will be 2 weeks or more after the order date, which when the website states 5 working days isn't overly encouraging. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered elsewhere - but of course they probably know that...
