Took a long time for the coat to arrive, when it did it was too big, no problem sent it back, still waiting for the refund. Whilst waiting I purchased another coat and two drying mitts, paid for 48 hr post. Due to the RM strikes, it was sent to me by Evri. Again weeks later being given bogus tracking codes, I decided to cancel the order. Not a problem, but it was, the order turned up week later, again emailed to say I won't accept it because I had already cancelled it before it had shipped. Waiting for both REFUNDS.
