Order placed over 30 days ago, no delivery and no update.
Customer service very slow, have had no reply to emails I’ve sent regarding missing delivery.
Emailed requesting a refund if the order could not be fulfilled, no reply.
Tried to call numerous times and no answer during working hours, got to “voicemail” immediately.
Will definitely not be ordering again.
Such a shame as Not in the dog house have a brilliant range, and this is only my first order.
