Was told my item had been dispatched when it had not. No communication after sending emails. I then read the reviews for this company and they were dreadful. Most reviews were of a similar nature. I count myself as lucky as i eventually received my order , most customers seem not to. Sadly i would not take a chance using Not in the dog house again until they drastically overhaul their act.
