I ordered a Danish Design dog bed from this firm - the third time I have used this supplier. It has not been delivered - although the company say it was despatched - and I have received no answer to my many requests for information. I never received the promised message identifying the courier, nor any tracking information. Emails are never answered and I have so far failed to get any sensible response from telephone calls. How can a company suddenly fail to perform? I would not use this company again!
