I ordered some dog food from Not In The Dog House last month (October) and after two weeks my order hasn’t arrived. When I contacted the company to find out where the order was they told me it had been dispatched, which turned out not to be true as a week later it still hadn't turned up. I cancelled the order in the end and feel very disappointed with the service I received.
