My full order was not sent. I have had to write several emails.
The first was answered with an apology and was told you were arranging for the rest of order to be sent.
I enquired as to delivery dates. No reply and since then no reply to. It is very rude not to reply plus the food is for puppies. I’ve had to go and buy food elsewhere. Because the order has still not come and you haven’t had the civility to simply reply . But you have my money
