Ordered 2 bags of cat food and paid extra for quicker delivery. I waited around a week AFTER the date they were due to arrive to get in touch. I simply asked for a refund of the postage. However, despite receiving a shipping notification through Shopify, I was told they couldn't provide the food I'd ordered and do a refund would be issued. First of all, why wasn't I told this sooner, why did I have to get in touch just to be told they couldn't actually provide what I had paid for. Secondly, the refund should have been with me in 5-10 working days, this has now passed with no sign of the refund. Won't be ordering from here again.
