I made an order for 2 dog raincoats on 27/10 and as of today, 11/11, I am still waiting for a tracking number or the order to show up.
Have emailed them multiple times and they only replied twice and nothing for the last, at least, 10 days.
I will contact my credit card for a chargeback.
