Either they lost the order or didn’t send it over to the warehouse anyway after I’d paid straight away, but I waited and waited until I got nothing! I emailed a few times with many responses/excuses of where my order was. I eventually told them to cancel and refund my money, they agreed but then 2 days later I have an email from a delivery company to say my parcel would be deliver that day. It was but the food wasn’t fantastically packed as it was raw food and it came with one ice pack and the top packs had defrosted, I won’t be using this company again I’m afraid and I have since seen many many stories of people who haven’t had a refund or a parcel. Ridiculous
