I purchased and paid for coats for my dogs on the 30th October. Delivery 5-7 days and I still have not received. I have constantly called and emailed asking where my items are and then also to cancel my order as they have still not received and I now want to purchase from Amazon where I can get bext day.
Nobody has got back to me and I am going to have to contact my bank to see if they can get my money back for me.
Can’t even answer the rest of the questions as I still have no delivery and no contact with anyone!
AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!
