My order took forever to arrive - eventually I ran out of patients and asked for it to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded. I received an email from Tom who said the money would be back in my account in 5-10 working days and that my order (Order #110512) had been cancelled. Two days later my order turned up ?!? And unsurprisingly I still haven’t had my refund…..
