We placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived - even though it is paid for! Your customer service communication is very poor - I am still waiting to hear back from them to tell me where my order is! I will not be using you again I am afraid or recommending you to others. I have had to go out and buy more dog food as the order hasn't come. If this feedback goes to your customer service team I would appreciate a call tomorrow (Monday 21st November) to explain what you are planning to do next having taken my money!
