This is the first time I have ordered from Not in the Dog House. They are a nice small company to deal with. I ordered several bags of Crave dog food. Ordering and payment were very easy. My only disappointment was simply that it took several days to dispatch and some considerable time to arrive(about 9 days). It is hopefully just a one off, but I would give them another chance.
