Have had this excellent product for a previous dog. It is well made in high quality materials. I have not yet used it in rain but have no doubt it will perform well. Has kept Harry cosy after his haircut in current freezing weather. A good fit, generous in the ‘armholes’ and tummy strap long enough for small but deeper chested breeds, such as my .Cavalier spaniel . I had to adapt my previous one as it was too wide between the front legs and chafed so I turned the fabric in and stitched it down. As I now have a bigger boy dog I think it will be ok. Not washed it yet but my previous one washed well. Would recommend.
