A few reviews mentioned slow delivery & slow responses to customer queries. I had no issues. Puppy seems to like the basket, but then it’s got blankets in it, it’s next to the radiator & she sleeps 18 hours a day. What’s not to like! If that’s what they call a dog life then I’ll certainly have some of it please.
