Very disappointed with the item and customer service I received from Not In The Dog House. I ordered a Blue House of Paws Unicorn for my dog (I previously ordered this elsewhere and she loves it) and they sent me a Grey version of the product which is not what is specified or pictured at all. I’ve sent 2 emails to their customer service about this with zero response. Very poor.
