Order still not received (ordered on 15th November) although chased so many times by email and tried to by phone but I don’t think it’s a valid number as it goes straight to answerphone ALL THE TIME with a message from a lady with an American accent!!!! Twice they have told me that they will get the order sent out and still NOTHING! Not even a tracking number so I don’t believe it has ever been sent but I can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone about it and I’ve paid for it!!!!! Not a happy customer at all!
