Firstly my order was not delivered.I contacted them they said sorry we will speed it up and get my order out and send a tracking number (it never happened) after complaining where my order is i got no reply.eventually they said the order was cancelled and refund given.(again it never happened) they have sent emails to me asking for reviews on the food and service i never received. I now find myself having to go to my bank to get my money back.they are the worst company i have ever dealt with.they have stolen my money and taken the food out of my dogs mouths.like other people i will also be complaining to the trading standards about this company.they are simply despicable thieves.stay away from this company.
