Have not received my order from 14 November. They've taken my money but no dog food arrived yet. What's going on? Have emailed them and they've replied apologising for the delay. Still nothing after a month. Now I'm being asked for a review of the company! Well that's just plain daft after I've been treated like this with no explanation of why there's been a delay to my order. No option for a refund. This company should not be in business. And how can I get my money back?
