I had used them before, and they were brilliant. However, I placed an order in June, and only half of it arrived, I emailed them, and they said a replacement would be sent out. I emailed them every month, but jow they're just ignoring my emails, I didn't want to publicly shame them, but I feel 6 months is long enough to rectify an error. Really disappointed.
