Appalling service. I ordered a dog sleeping bag and some dog food. I had to keep chasing for my order. You can't call them as they're too busy so email comms only. Eventually my sleeping bag arrived despite being told it had been dispatched several weeks before it turned up. I received no tracking information or updates. The dog food was missing and I have been requesting as refund ever since, which I am constantly told they will sort, but never do. I have now today raised a claim via my bank. This company do not deserve to be in business. It makes me wonder if they have set up this business for other reasons outside of selling dog products... purchase at your peril would be my advice!
