I ordered some pet food (3 boxes) and despite lots of jazzy communication introducing me to the owner (Will) I’m still to receive the order some two weeks later. Maybe the owner should be called unwilling. This is despite me contacting them on numerous occasions to let them know the order hasn’t arrived.
