It's a pity the customer service does not match their quality and prices. We ordered 2 dog coats which eventually arrived very late. I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone and email. All I got back was meaningless computer-generated replies. I called them about 20 times and never got someone to answer the phone. I thought I had been spammed. Terrible customer service and I won't be using them again.
