Ordered a crate almost a month ago. Still not arrived. Emailed customer services as this was required for a long distance car journey with a puppy, they told me the package was with a local courier. A few days later, I received a notification to say there was a delay and it had not yet left the warehouse. Multiple customer service emails ignored. Would avoid.
