I ordered with this company on 7th December and paid for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Didn’t receive any tracking info, so I emailed them on 12th December asking where my order was, which was responded to with an apology and that they would find out what was happening. The following day I hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed again asking for my tracking info and a refund on the additional delivery charge I paid. No response from them and no explanation as to why it was taking so long. I then received an email saying my order was on its way on 16th December. This didn’t arrive until 21st and one of the dog coats I ordered was missing. I emailed them asking for it to be sent by express delivery or refund me, no response. I emailed them again 2 days later and they have continued to ignore me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
