Ordered 2 items of dog food, paid and I informed they had been dispatched but no dispatch number was available to track the items. After a few days I emailed and phoned the company but received negative replies. I emailed cancelling the order and within 2 hours I was informed I will be refunded my initial payment. Which led me to believe this company never had the items I ordered, wasting my time and the three days I wasted at home waiting for a delivery.
Extremely poor customer service.
