Was told parcel despatched, didn't arrive, left numerous calls on answer phone - no reply. Numerous emails, occasional one answered.After waiting nearly 3 weeks Was promised on December 23rd a refund as failed to deliver.Started chasing this up beginning of January, no answer received. 14th January this parcel of dog food arrived, squashed into a small box, biscuits like powder. Tried contacting on phone and emails, but no reply
