I placed an order for a dog bed and blanket as a Christmas present for my dog on 14th December. I received a generic note on 21st December saying "oops you order is running late". It didn't arrive in time for Xmas and I am still waiting for it on 20th January. I have sent numerous emails. At first they were answered and I was told a replacement would be sent. Nothing arrived. Now they've stopped answering my emails and nobody returns your calls. I've asked for a refund and still nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them again. They most certainly ARE in the dog house.
