Placed an order for £58 on 11 December 2022.
No order received, no tracking information received. No answer on customer service telephone line when called.
Had requested a refund on two emails. No response from any emails I have sent in the past week.
So, I am now out of pocket £58, with no indication of what is now happening with this transaction.
Very disappointed. Will be reporting to trading standards.
